SMR Techniques: (practice each at least once)
Neck Roll, Levator Press, T-Spine Roll, SMR Butterfly

Stretches & Functional Movements: (mix 1-3 times before & after each SMR technique)
Standing/Seated/Lying Head Pull, Chin to Shoulders, Scaredy Cat, Daisy Cow, Hollow Rockers, Wall Walk Back Bends
